  1. Refund Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, or access fees made through 3FO DAO LLC are strictly non-refundable. By completing any payment on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain and cryptocurrency-based transactions, once a transaction is confirmed and recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or altered.

  • Our services often involve access to proprietary, digital, or tokenized products that are delivered instantly or on-chain. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that you understand the nature of your purchase, the platform functionalities, and wallet compatibility prior to completing any payment.

  • We advise all users to double-check their wallet addresses, payment information, and the products or services being purchased. 3FO DAO LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from user error, miscommunication, or misunderstanding of our refund policy.

  1. Third-Party Protocols & Links

  1. Governance & DAO Participation

Holders of certain governance tokens may participate in community proposals, voting, or DAO operations. Participating in governance does not constitute employment or create fiduciary duties between the DAO and its token holders.

All governance mechanisms operate via publicly auditable smart contracts, and proposals are subject to DAO voting thresholds.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In case of any legal disputes, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Where appropriate, disputes may also be resolved through community governance mechanisms, subject to a quorum and voting consensus.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on-chain (if applicable) and/or via our website. Continued use of the services after changes implies your acceptance.
